On 7th December 2016, Chetcuti Cauchi Advocates had the pleasure to collaborate with a local artist, Adrian Scicluna, who unveiled the "The Seated Traveller" Art Exhibition as the firm celebrated the launch of Prospecta, Chetcuti Cauchi’s Corporate Finance Arm. The event was held at 6:30 PM in Palazzo Ursula, 120 St Ursula Street Valletta, Malta.

Adrian Scicluna: "The Seated Traveller" Art Exhibition

Adrian Scicluna is a professionally qualified artist and holds an MA in Fine Art from Wimbledon College of Arts (University of the Arts London). As an artist, Adrian’s style is always developing since he enjoys experimenting. Adrian creates a handful of well-researched artworks every year which are based on contemporary issues. At the event, he was able to share his vision with our esteemed guests and what led him to create "The Seated Traveller" Art Exhibition.

Launch of ‘Prospecta’, Chetcuti Cauchi’s Corporate finance arm.

At the event, Chetcuti Cauchi also inaugurated the launch of Prospecta, an initiative in line with the MSE’s commitment to open a new capital market, Prospects, which is aimed at creating  opportunities for SMEs seeking to raise finance and expand their business operations. Through Prospects, the MSE is promoting the creation of economies of scale which will afford businesses more competitiveness and sustainability. Greater investor access to the capital market leads to more efficient utilization of capital resources, which is another equally more important benefit. Chetcuti Cauchi’s success in this initiative will in turn be a success for Malta’s finance industry and economy.

Chetcuti Cauchi Advocates Gives Back

In line with this event, Chetcuti Cauchi Advocates has created a 'Give Back' program, whereby part of the proceeds from the sale of the art from this exhibition were donated to Claris Foundation, Chetcuti Cauchi’s charitable initiative with social and philanthropic purposes, focusing mostly on the well-being and education of children.
