A senior immigration lawyer, Antoine wrote his doctoral thesis on modes of acquisition of citizenship under Maltese citizenship law. He assists several of the firm's clients qualify for Maltese citizenship under the Individual Investor Programme as well as other routes to citizenship by naturalisation, citizenship by descent and residency by investment.

Magdalena Velkovska, Director, Private Client Tax at Chetcuti Cauchi Advocates, specialises in private clients tax and global mobility solutions for entrepreneurs and their families. A certified public accountant and auditor by profession, Gilbert trained with one of the Big Four accountancy practices in Malta, and has enjoyed an international professional experience.

Gilbert is in charge of spearheading the firm's financial strategy, financial governance and the internal finance function. Gilbert also overseas the firm's technology-empowerment strategy and has a keen interest in the use of technology in business.

Sabrina joined the company in 2011 as a receptionist and 6 months later she joined the Billing Client Relations Department. Over 10 years of experience, Sabrina now handles the billing portfolio of all the corporate clients.

Justine is the client onboarding executive within the firm's Corporate and Trust Services arm.  She ensures a smooth first phase to client's business projects in Malta.

With a robust background in civil and commercial law, Dr Luana Cuschieri provides expert advice and assistance to clients on a wide range of legal matters, including contract negotiations, employment law, and private civil law issues. She is particularly experienced in succession, family law, and dispute resolution matters. With experience in litigation at Malta’s Law Courts, she is dedicated to delivering tailored legal solutions to meet her clients' needs. Mayola carries a several years of  experience in the residency and citizenship field.  She has assisted many clients to obtain Maltese Permanent Residency, and now citizenship. Mayola has also worked on various tax and employment matters and has assisted with family reunification applications.

Raiden, a Risk & Compliance Analyst at Chetcuti Cauchi since June 2024, holds a BA (Hons) in Criminology from the University of Malta, specializing in terrorism and white-collar crime. Tatjana Tesanovic is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in people management, organisational culture, and leadership development. Having worked across both hospitality and professional services, she brings a balanced, people‑centred approach grounded in structure, empathy, and strategic thinking.

Sara leads the Finance team at the firm, overseeing the preparation of financial statements, statutory reporting, and financial analysis for Senior Management. Paul, together with his team,  handles the running of Front Desk, Administration, Housekeeping, Support, and Property Logistics, ensuring the smooth operations  and wellbeing of employees and clients alike.

Pauline carries a vast experience in the residency and citizenship field.  She has assisted a large number of the firm's clients to successfully obtain Maltese citizenship and residency.
