Chetcuti Cauchi Advocates' presence at the ICE Totally Gaming show held at Earl’s Court last week was commended by both existing clients and potential new Maltese gaming operators alike.
ICE Totally Gaming is one of the largest iGaming annual exhibitions, attracting over 18,000 global visitors every year. Present at the exhibition were also the Lotteries and Gaming Authority and Malta Enterprise with a teamed up effort which definitely ensured that visitors took advantage of a holistic approach in terms of their setting up needs within our shores.
Chetcuti Cauchi Advocates' iGaming and Tax teams were present at the exhibition. This ensured that existing clients and potential new Maltese operators could discuss their business, legal and logistic needs with the whole team and could have a taste of the process in its entirety by discussing all aspects involved. Chetcuti Cauchi Advocates' iGaming team is composed of lawyers with expertise in gaming law, corporate law, banking, international tax and intellectual property. These work hand in hand with leading banks and consultants providing services including secure payment systems, hosting and co-location. This positions Chetcuti Cauchi Advocates as the gaming law firm for discerning operators seeking a one-stop-solution provider in Malta.
Our annual presence at the exhibition confirms the firm’s commitment to the iGaming industry as leading providers of a holistic service and as established providers since the inception of iGaming in 2004.
Dr Maria Chetcuti Cauchi, ICT & IP partner, who was also present at the exhibition commented that: “Since before the promulgation of the current Remote Gaming Regulations in 2004, our firm has participated and contributed actively to this industry by providing a one-stop-shop solution to our clients. We have seen the gaming industry evolve and are happy to have actively contributed towards this positive growth. Our clients have always experienced complete support and deep technical know-how and our yearly presence at ICE is an attestation of this.”
Dr Silvana Zammit, Head of the iGaming Unit also commented that “clients have always appreciated our presence at ICE and we intend to continue to support them in this regard too”.
