The Foundation for Human Resources Development has recognised Chetcuti Cauchi for their achievement in Equal Opportunities and is pleased to announce that the firm won the ‘Ministry of Education, Employment and the Family, Equal Opportunities Award’.
Chetcuti Cauchi participated in the category of Equal Opportunities, which awards the initiative, project or system that is meant to ensure equality, fairness and accountability among the employees, at the place of work.
During the tenth edition of the Malta People Awards held on December 9th, at the Intercontinental Hotel in St Julians, the FHRD’s CEO said that “the awards are an event of recognition of the professionalism, the competence and the contribution that the Human Resource Function delivers in every organization.”

“At Chetcuti Cauchi we strongly believe in providing everyone with an equal opportunity for employment, training and career development and we achieve this by nurturing an environment in which employees are not pigeon-holed into categories and anyone is able to use hard work and determination to reach high ranking positions within the firm” said Romina Abdilla, Human Resources Manager.
