The Malta Council for Science and Technology is organising the launch of FUSION: The Research & Innovation Programme which supports local research and innovations with the ultimate aim of turning ideas into a market ready reality.
The event is targeted towards any researcher, innovator or innovative firm willing to undertake research and interested in commercialising its idea and is focused on ‘educating’ creators on the funds available for such commercialisation.
The event will be held Thursday, 12 June, 2014 at 12:30 pm at Le Méridien St Julians Hotel and Spa and will consist of a number of panel discussions.
Dr Maria Chetcuti Cauchi, Chetcuti Cauchi’s Regulated Business partner will be part of a panel showcasing the various modules and underlying concepts which make up the new Programme. In particular the panel will discuss the different modules of the Programme, with particular emphasis on the IP Check and Patent Registration Modules. Other panel members include Mr Mario Duca, Mr Gordon Cordina, Mr Richard Galea and Mr Bonavent Gauci.
