August hailed an international recognition award for the Malta Lotteries and Gaming Authority, chosen as The Best Global Online Gaming Regulator for 2011 and awarding it the Fast50 Award. This international recognition award was highly welcomed by industry, Malta gaming operators and practitioners alike. The LGA is now included in the Fast50 Award Winning Organisations Worldwide managed by ‘The New Europe Magazine’. The LGA was selected for this major award from over 4,000 CEOs, CFOs and CXX level readers and gained the highest number of votes of all shortlisted organisations. This placed the LGA at the top of all online gaming regulators for 2011.
Other organisations which made it to the top 50 of the Fast50 Award include HSBC, Etihad and the London School of Business.
