Tax Webinar about Malta Private Foundations to be held in Malta.
On Thursday, October 26th 2017 at 10 am Chetcuti Cauchi Advocates will host a free webinar Malta Private Foundations.
During the webinar, a Chetcuti Cauchi's Tax Partner and Wojtek Gadzała, Senior Tax Advisor will highlight the opportunities for Polish corporations and individuals of using Malta private foundations in international tax planning structures.
During the webinar we shall present the characteristics of foundations and explain how the Malta tax system provides flexibility which makes it possible to use Malta foundations in a wide array of tax structures. The presentation will also highlight those characteristics of Malta private foundations which make them attractive in the light of recent changes in the Polish tax environment, such as the introduction of domestic CFC rules.
