New Protocol to the South Africa - Malta Double Tax Treaty

Malta and South Africa have signed a Protocol to the Double Tax Agreement on the 24th of August 2012. This protocol amends the Agreement for the avoidance of double taxation and the prevention of fiscal evasion with respect to taxes on income, signed at Rome, Italy on 16 May 1997.
