Norway and Malta sign a new Double Tax Agreement

Norway and Malta signed a new double taxation agreement on the 30^th of March 2012 after ongoing renegotiations. The treaty replaces the agreement currently in force, which had been adopted in 1979.

The agreement retains the format of the OECD Model Tax Convention.
