Our lawyers and staff using our hybrid working model combine home working and working from the office. Chetcuti Cauchi provides a professional and progressive environment, trusting you to use your judgement and making sure you’re able to meet the needs of our clients and colleagues, whilst balancing work and home life.

We recognise that there are real benefits to working from home and working together in our offices. We typically foresee our people attending one of our offices on average 40% to 60% of the time. Although, you may prefer to spend more of your time in our offices, which is fine too.   From its inception, the firm runs the most paperless legal practice in Malta.  We continue to invest in the latest desktop and portable technology to enable us to juggle work responsibilities with family and child-rearing, sports, hobbies and leisure, enabling us to be happy at work and at home.

Our Hybrid Working Principles

Our hybrid working approach is based on a set of key guiding principles which are outlined below:

  • Respect for others
  • Commitment
  • Exercising judgement
  • Our client and business needs remain paramount
  • Creativity and ensuring effectiveness
  • Collaboration
  • Realities of roles
  • Staying connected

Due to the needs of the business and our clients, there are a small number of roles where there is less flexibility around location. For example, our reception team are required to work in the office.
