One of the major benefits of the Future Leaders Training program is its focus on preparing future leaders. Participants from Andersen offices across Europe, specializing in law and taxes, are divided into teams. These teams collaborate on an internationally scoped case study under the guidance of the most experienced partners from offices around the globe. This program helps them develop both their professional expertise and their managerial and leadership skills.
