Chetcuti Cauchi's Annual Summit is an annual appointment with a focus on our people, our most valuable asset, .

This year's Annual Summit consisted of several inspiring panels outlining insights from various teams. Separate sessions focussed on our shared vision for the future, leading to the inspiring fireside chat with ultra-endurance athlete Neil Agius, ensuring the day was filled with insight, connection, and inspiration.

Chetcuti Cauchi ended its annual calendar of festive events with its Annual Summit for all its lawyers and professional staff. CEO Matthew Debono and CFO Gilbert Bonnici opened the firm's corporate meeting with an overview of the Firm's endeavours and achievements in 2024 and the firm's shared vision for the future. This set the stage for insightful panels with our Partners and Managers, discussing departmental milestones, challenges, and exciting goals for the year ahead.

Crowning the event was a fire-side chat with ultra-endurance athlete, world-record breaker and environmental activist, Mr. Neil Agius. Neil treated us to his ocean-inspired breathwork session to reset our minds and continued to inspire us with messages of resilience, a positive outlook to failure, and linking his endurance endeavour to ocean welfare awareness.

We ended the day on a festive note with our traditional Secret Santa, exchanging gifts, sharing laughs, and raising a glass to celebrate another successful year together.

🌟 Here’s to all we’ve accomplished in 2024 and an even brighter 2025!
