Dr. Charlene Mifsud

Charlene Mifsud heads the firm's corporate and commercial team. She has advised and assisted international clients on Maltese corporate and commercial law matters, in a wide range of transactions, for more than 15 years. Her clients include various internationally listed corporate groups and privately held corporate entities as well as families and individuals worldwide. Her experience in notarial law adds unique value to clients seeking assistance in property related matters as well as succession and probate, fully understanding the process end to end and anticipating difficulties and delays every step of the way.  

Charlene has been actively involved in Corporate Law, Property Conveyancing, Employment Relations and General Commercial law and is often invited to contribute to panels and conferences locally and internationally.
