Holding the position of Senior Partner at Chetcuti Cauchi Advocates, Dr. Mifsud Parker assumes the role of Chair for the Malta division of STEP, marking her fourth consecutive term in this leadership capacity after a successful three-year tenure as Chair. Her responsibilities include spearheading the Trusts and Estates departments at the Firm and serving as a director for CCA InterServ Ltd, the firm's licensed Malta corporate services provider. Dr. Mifsud Parker brings over 17 years of expertise as a Maltese advocate and tax advisor, specializing in private client advisory and structuring.
