Malta’s corporate tax is relatively high at 35% however shareholders are eligible to claim a refund of the tax suffered at the company level. The combined effective tax rate would be in the range of 0% to 6.25%. Malta offers also specific incentives to assist businesses in specific industries amongst which the pharma, biotech, filming, yachting and aviation industry. While Dr Antoine Saliba Haig will lead immigration part of Webinar: Malta Corporate Structures and Immigration and be giving an overview of the Citizenship and Residency Planning in Malta including “Malta Individual Investor Programme" and "Malta Golden Visa Programme". He will be sharing with the latest data of Citizenship & Residency programmes, covering eligibility criterias as well as the benefits of them.
