During the Webinar: Malta Corporate Structures Dr Priscilla Mifsud Parker together with Avv. Maurizio Musico will explain the opportunities of using Malta companies and trusts for international business and personal asset holding purposes. Malta companies pay tax at the standard corporate income tax rate of 35%, however upon distribution of profits to its shareholder, such shareholders are eligible to claim a refund of all or part of the tax suffered at the company level. The amount of refund which can be claimed depends on the type and source of income received by the company.
