Malta as a Fund Jurisdiction Roundtable : : Asia Fund Manager M

In a recent edition of Asia Fund Manager Magazine, Dr Maria Chetcuti Cauchi and Dr Charles Cassar participated in a Malta focused roundtable.  This roundtable was made up of service providers from across the Malta fund management industry with each participant being exclusive to their service. 

Asia Fund Manager (Asia FM) spoke with five industry specialists, including key experts from Chetcuti Cauchi, about the opportunities that Malta can offer Asian fund managers. Malta’s excellent regulation, flexibility of available fund structures and cost effectiveness make it an ideal location not only for those within Europe, but for fund managers across the world. With a reputation for openness and innovation, the Maltese authorities and key stakeholders within the alternative investments space are now looking eastwards, and welcoming a growing interest from Asia. Asia FM spoke to Finance Malta, Chetcuti Cauchi Advocates and other service providers about the exciting options Malta has to offer Asian fund managers.
