Unfortunately,the increasing volume and type of frauds and scams means that it is impossible to prevent the misuse of the firm’s name and the names of our lawyers and employees.

- Emails from unofficial domains (e.g., free email services like Gmail or Outlook).
- Letters or messages requesting personal information or payments.
- Attachments or links that may contain malicious software.
What You Can Do
If you receive a communication which purports to be in our name or in the name of our lawyers or employees and are unsure as to its authenticity:

- Forward the suspicious message as an attachment (not just a forward) so we can investigate

- All official communications from our firm will come from our verified domain: @ccmalta.com.
- We will never ask you to share sensitive information or make payments via unsecured channels.
- If you receive a suspicious message claiming to be from our firm, do not respond or click on any links.
We actively working with relevant authorities to report and takedown fraudulent accounts and domains. Your vigilance helps us protect the integrity of our communications and the safety of our clients.
