As a technology lawyer, Danielle has extensive technology law experience in the private and public sectors and her legal practice covers technology contracts, public procurement, technology-related contracts, intellectual property, privacy and defamation actions, and AI legal advisory and regulatory compliance. Her areas of expertise include ICT Law, IGaming, Cybersecurity, Privacy Law, Telecoms, GDPR, and Digital Gaming, with a strong focus on emerging technologies and regulatory frameworks.

Experience

Having a keen interest in data protection law, cybersecurity, and all matters technology, Danielle assists local and multinational businesses with technology-related contracts, merging her technical knowledge with practical experience in the area. She has extensive experience with technology contracts, particularly from a public procurement law perspective.

Danielle advises on data protection law issues and cases, data protection compliance, intellectual property, privacy and defamation actions, and AI legal advisory and regulatory compliance. She regularly works across areas such as ICT Law, Telecoms, IGaming, GDPR compliance, and Digital Gaming, and has a strong grounding in Contract Law within the technology sector. Danielle is also recognised for her work with business families, entrepreneurs and professionals in the area of privacy and defamation law. She has written her Master's dissertation on the impact of the Digital Services Act and Digital Markets Act on Cloud Services.
