Dr Luana Cuschieri is a Senior Associate advising local and international clients on a broad range of civil, employment, contractual, private client, succession, and dispute-related matters. She assists individuals, families, and businesses in both contentious and non-contentious matters, providing practical and tailored legal advice on contractual arrangements, employment matters, succession planning and estate administration, civil disputes, and other personal and commercial legal issues.
A significant part of her practice involves advising international clients with personal, family, or business interests in Malta. She regularly assists clients on matters involving Maltese assets, cross-border legal considerations, and multi-jurisdictional issues requiring coordination with foreign lawyers and other professional advisers.
