Having focused on civil and commercial law matters in her dissertation as well as having experience in civil and commercial law matters and litigation, Luana assists and advises clients in their commercial transactions and civil law matters.

Experience

Dr Luana Cuschieri is an associate at Chetcuti Cauchi Advocates, a leading international law firm based in Malta. She is an advocate admitted to the bar in Malta. Having experience in litigation at Malta’s Law Courts, Dr Cuschieri is currently focusing on giving advice and assisting clients in commercial and civil law matters, particularly with regards to contract negotiations and dealings, employment law related issues, and other private civil law matters.
