Matthew is responsible for defining and overseeing the development and long term commercial strategies of the firm. He is responsible for creating and implementing objectives and goals, managing department and employee growth and ensuring that the optimum level of client satisfaction is met in all stages of the engagement and service process.

Matthew is a seasoned professional in analysing data, developing long-term strategy objectives and creating the path to success. Quality service to clients and partner firms, together with high employee engagement is key to achieving results.

Prior to joining Chetcuti Cauchi Advocates, Matthew has gained extensive experience in managing teams in various markets worldwide and business sectors in the Entertainment, Food and Beverage and Household goods industries, having managed brands in big corporations such as Nestle, Reckitt Benkiser, Foster Clark, Revlon and Boots Healthcare amongst others.
