Naomi supports the firm's tax and business advisory arm providing corporate and personal tax planning and relocation services.
Experience
Naomi joined the firm in 2017 and has gained broad experience across various teams, including corporate services, corporate and M&A, legal, personal tax, and corporate taxation. She currently forms part of the Private Clients Tax team, where she specializes in both personal and corporate tax law.
With a strong foundation in corporate and tax law, Naomi has a particular interest in the intersection of law and technology. Her Bachelor of Laws dissertation focused on the legal and tax implications of artificial intelligence, specifically its impact on company law.
Naomi actively contributes to the firm's research and development initiatives in the areas of taxation, corporate law, trusts, and broader legal matters.
