Bio
Nicole forms part of the firm’s Property, Succession and Private Client practice, advising local and international clients on a broad range of real estate, inheritance and dispute resolution matters. Her experience spans high-value property acquisitions and disposals, title and ownership issues, succession planning, estate administration and cross-border inheritance matters. She regularly assists private clients, investors and family offices in navigating complex legal and commercial challenges involving Maltese immovable property and private wealth structures
Nicole is also actively involved in the firm’s yachting and maritime practice, advising yacht owners, charter operators, brokers and international clients on yacht acquisitions and disposals, charter and brokerage arrangements, registration and deregistration matters, ownership structures and related commercial agreements.
Experience
Since joining the firm in 2022, Nicole has developed a diverse practice encompassing real estate transactions, property conveyancing, succession and estate planning. Prior to joining the firm, she worked as an inheritance officer within an international leading banking institution and as a legal officer within a governmental department, providing her with a well-rounded understanding of both private and public sector legal matters.
Nicole has assisted numerous high-net-worth individuals, private investors and corporate clients with complex property transactions and cross-border succession matters. She also has significant experience in dispute resolution and negotiation, having advised clients on various matters, including settlement negotiations.
