Noel is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing talent development programs that enhance employee skills, performance, and career growth within the firm.
This role ensures the alignment of development initiatives with the organization's strategic goals and fosters a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Experience
With nearly two decades of experience in Human Resources across a range of industries, Noel brings extensive knowledge and experience in Talent Management, Strategic HR, Learning and Development, and Workforce Planning. His career spans Consultancy, Finance, FMCG, and Manufacturing, where he has consistently combined strategic leadership with hands-on HR practice.
In addition to his professional role, Noel serves as the President of the Foundation for Human Resources Development (FHRD). In this capacity, he leads the foundation’s mission to empower HR professionals in Malta and foster positive transformation in the workplace.
Noel holds a Degree in Computing and a Masters in Business Administration. He is also a certified Business Coach and trainer.
