legal basis
The Yellow Slip is granted by virtue of The Right of Union Citizens and their Family Members to Move and Reside Freely within the Territory of the Republic of Cyprus Law of 2007, (ANNEX III, Article 12(1).
ELIGIBILITY
- Applicant is in good standing;
- Need to have full cover health insurance in the Republic;
- Proof of stable income;
- Have rental agreement or purchase a permanent residence;
- Genuine intention to reside in the Island;
