The Nomad Residence Permit is available to non-EU Nationals in accordance with internal policies, the EU Regulations establishing a Community Code on Visas (Visa Code) and the Immigration Act, Chapter 217 of the Laws of Malta.

ELIGIBILITY

  • Applicants must be in possession of a valid travel document
  • Applicants must earn at least €42,000 per annum

  • Applicants must hold a valid property rental or purchase agreement
