Business to Business (B2B) licence – a licence to offer skill games supply to other businesses, excluding end customers
ELIGIBILITY
- A Maltese or other EU/EEA body corporate
- No restrictions on the nationality of the ultimate beneficial owners of the body corporate
- A Key Official, Money Laundering Reporting Officer and Security Officer appointed
- Provision of access to data to the MGA
- The operator must pay gaming tax in Malta
- Players’ funds must be kept separate from operations’ funds
