ELIGIBILITY
  • A Maltese or other EU/EEA body corporate
  • No restrictions on the nationality of the ultimate beneficial owners of the body corporate
  • A Key Official, Money Laundering Reporting Officer and Security Officer appointed
  • Provision of access to data to the MGA
  • The operator must pay gaming tax in Malta
  • Players’ funds must be kept separate from operations’ funds
