Priscilla also advises on residence and citizenship.

Dr Charlene Mifsud leads the firm’s Property & Real Estate Law practice and the Corporate & Commercial team. She advises high‑net‑worth individuals, family offices, international investors, and corporate groups on strategic decisions involving property, succession, and corporate structuring.

Recognised for her calm authority, precision, and multidisciplinary depth, Charlene brings together real‑estate expertise with corporate, tax, residency, and succession considerations to deliver integrated solutions. Joanna and her team assist international clients in setting up their trusts, holding companies, and business entities in Malta and other jurisdictions.

Charlene works within the firm's licenced corporate services arm, assisting with the setting up of  companies in Malta, providing corporate compliance and corporate administration services, and executing corporate structuring projects.

Justine is the client onboarding executive within the firm's Corporate and Trust Services arm.  She ensures a smooth first phase to client's business projects in Malta.
