Summary

Within our Private Clients practice, Magdalena heads our personal tax services team and specialises in advising executives, investors and HNWIs considering taking up tax residence in Malta under Malta's various routes to residency, tax residence, special tax status and even citizenship.

Experience

Magdalena joined the firm's immigration arm in 2017 after gaining in-house legal experience. In her immigration role, she assisted some of the firm's most affluent families and gained significant experience in investment and entrepreneur immigration in Malta.

In 2020, Magdalena moved to the firm's tax services arm, taking over the responsibility of the firm's personal tax compliance team and specialising in personal tax planning, tax residency, and special tax status programmes that appeal to a range of private clients seeking to relocate to Malta.

Magdalena has contributed to many international immigration and tax conferences, summits and workshops that the firm and its professional services entities participate in.
